Legal Services

We Believe in Youth!
Our Believe in Youth Program Provides Qualified Individuals with a Free Attorney for Deregistration and Expungement of Juvenile Records

Expungement, Deregistration, Education, and Employment

CJDC is offering free legal services in juvenile record expungement and deregistration. If you know someone with a juvenile delinquency case in his or her past, encourage them to contact us. We may be able to help them with an expungement petition to clear their record or file a deregistration petition to remove them from the sex offender registry.  CJDC can represent indigent clients who qualify for our services free of charge—you do not have to be under the age of 18 to qualify for these services if your case was in juvenile court.

If you are interested in seeing if you qualify for free legal services, please contact our Executive Director:

Jeffrey Cuneo
