Our Believe in Youth Program Provides Direct Services to Remove Legal Barriers to Education and Employment

Expungement, Deregistration, Education, and Employment

CJDC is offering free legal services in juvenile record expungement and deregistration. If you know someone with a juvenile delinquency case in his or her past, encourage them to contact us. We may be able to help them with an expungement petition to clear their record, or file a de-registration petition to remove them from the sex offender registry. In addition to legal services, our social work program helps young people find jobs and pursue further education. CJDC can represent indigent clients who qualify for our services free of charge—you do not have to be under the age of 18 to qualify for these services if your case was in juvenile court.
